The guy responded well on the call, and reached promptly. They fixed the trouble and I was on my way! It was a starting problem. It was quite amazing to see the efficiency of technician. Let me tell you that you changed my perception, prior to you I had bad experience with other (not to be named) car helpline. You guys deserve all appreciation as the way you helped us at the odd hours (my vehicle broke down near Pragati Maidan). Your executive attended us properly and told us that he will try his best to fix the problem, if he is not able to that then he will help us to send my family home and help to take car to service station or other place as committed earlier.Kudos!!! to you guys for delivering what you promise.
